Studies&Me is a young health tech company that focuses on clinical studies, which test the efficacy and safety of potential new medical treatments before they are released on the market. We take pride in designing and building our own software tools with the purpose of revolutionizing the way clinical studies are conducted, to make life easier for patients and doctors alike. We collaborate with partners from the pharmaceutical industry to achieve this goal and are currently focusing our efforts on building an electronic diary that will evolve to a full-scale electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessment tool (eCOA) for home use.

About the position 

You will be responsible for setting up several studies for our clients in the AnneaPRO application according to the clinical protocol. The setup starts by understanding the protocol requirements, interpreting them into eDiary behavior and translate this into system set-up. Training and onboarding users as well as testing the settings are also part of your responsibilities.

You will be part of a small team requiring flexibility and which on the other hand gives you the opportunity to grow into adjacent areas within the software development area. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Setting project timelines and coordinate your project team
  • Understanding the protocol and configuring the software accordingly
  • Coordination, training and meetings

Aside from the above main task, the following tasks could also be your responsibility depending on expertise and interest:

  • Device Logistics
  • Development roadmap according to user feed-back
  • Design/architecture of our software product
  • Quality assurance 
  • Ad-hoc tasks

 

Work location: Sølvgade 10/Hauser Plads 20, DK-1127 Copenhagen K, Denmark 

Travel: No travel is anticipated, however a few meetings a year might require travel.

About you 

Your main interest in the job is to make software user-friendly and to strive towards getting as much data reported from the users as possible through understanding of the clinical setting and the protocol. You are service minded and see solutions rather than problems.

You have a background within clinical development, clinical operations, software development or Quality Assurance and want to broaden your horizon. 

 

Desired skills and experience 

We do not picture us you having a specific degree, as we are open for different kinds of candidates, but we imagine, that you have

  • Experience in either 
    • Use of eCOA from sponsor/user side, or
    • Management of software development (not programming), or
    • Quality assurance for software in clinical studies 
  • You should also be fluent in English, as this is our work- and company language.
